外贸人注意了新规运往该国的货物必须要

所有出口到非洲科特迪瓦的航贸人注意了！

自年4月16日（出运日或提单日）起，科特迪瓦共和国开始实施产品符合性评定服务VoC（InspectionandVerificationofConformityProgram）。

所有管控产品必须出具由科特迪瓦官方授权的认证机构签发产品符合性证书CoC（CertificateofConformity），以证明所有产品符合科特迪瓦相关技术法规和标准要求。此证书是货物在科特迪瓦海关清关的必需文件。

此次科特迪瓦新法规规定的管控产品范围非常广，几乎涵盖所有进口的常规商品，暂仅有下列几项产品为非管控：

·Goldandotherpreciousmetals

·Preciousstones

·Explosives,weapons,ammunitionandotherwarmaterialintendedforthenationalarmedforcesandtothepoliceforce

·Liveanimals

·FreshFish,vegetablesandfruit

·Plantsandfloriculturalproducts

·Impressedanddevelopedcinematographicfilms

·Newspapersandperiodicals,stampsitemsortax,stamppaper,banknotes,checkbooks,passports

·Personaleffectsandusedhouseholdobjects

·Usedcars

·PostalParcels

·Raworpartiallyrefinedoil

·Commercialsamples

·Suppliestothediplomaticandconsularmissionsorinternationalorganizations,importedfortheirownneeds/use

·Importedgoodsandequipmentforoilandminingoperations

·Importsrelatedtofreeregimes

·Rawproductsandtraditionalhandicraftof
